We are looking for an experienced Tech Recruiter to join our team and help us recruit top IT talent. If you have at least 3 years of relevant experience as a technical recruiter and want to take your career to the next level, you might be the person we’re looking for.

Your responsibilities will include all aspects of hiring top talents for our IT department – from meeting with hiring managers, writing job descriptions, and reviewing applications, to making job offers to the best candidates, and managing employee relations post-hire.

Responsibilities


Since you’ll work closely with our HR team to source, recruit, and screen applicants for a variety of technical positions, you will:


  • Develop recruiting strategies to help us fulfill our hiring needs and find the right candidates for technical positions

  • Create relevant job descriptions

  • Review incoming applications to match them with job requirements

  • Source candidates via databases, social networks, niche platforms (such as GitHub and Stack Overflow), etc.

  • Perform pre-screening calls to confirm their qualifications

  • Select the most suitable candidates and refer them to hiring managers

  • Facilitate meetings between hiring managers and applicants

  • Help to interview candidates using various methods (i.e. skills assessments and structured interviews)

  • Compose offer letters as well as negotiate salary and benefits

  • Onboard new employees

  • Gain feedback continuously from hiring managers

  • Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals

Skills and qualifications

You will need to demonstrate:


  • Proven work experience

  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

  • The ability to negotiate with candidates

  • Strong social aptitude and ability to build relationships

  • Technical knowledge to be able to understand and explain requirements & qualifications

  • Familiarity with resume databases, recruiting networks, Applicant Tracking, HR systems,

  • Solid understanding of HR practices .


The following would also be a significant plus:


  • Master’s degree in business, human resources, psychology, information technology, or a technical field

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the IT industry

  • The understanding of modern social & candidate-sourcing networks
